I’m researching any case that has been filed against Chancellor Senior Management, LTD (“Chancellor “). Chancellor owned, operated, managed and controlled four senior living communities in the State of West Virginia consisting of multiple assisted living facilities:
Greystone Senior Living Community of Beckley;
The Wyngate Senior Living Community of Parkersburg;
The Wyngate Senior Living Community of Barbersville; and
The Wyngate Senior Living Community of Weirton.
