The group project assignment in this operations management course is an opportunity to apply the tools of operations decision making to a real-world problem. Students will be placed into groups by their instructor and each group will decide on the process they want to improve or the problem they want to solve. The assignment requires an upload of the group contract by lesson 3; the description of the project in lesson 7; and a six minute presentation in lesson 14 with participation by all members of each group.
